Oil stain for wood

The natural oil stain is made from cooked linseed oil and high-quality mineral pigments, with zero VOC content. It penetrates deep into the wood, emphasizes its structure and increases resistance to weather conditions - UV radiation, moisture, etc. This technology allows staining and protecting wood in one layer.

Application: inside and outside: wooden facades, summer houses, walls, ceilings, handrails, garden furniture, restoration (facades, stairs, windows), children's toys.

Surface requirements: If the surface is coated with chemicals, the original coating must be removed before using PAINT ECO. The wood must be clean, dry, free from resin residues and dust. Cracks and defects must be filled before using the product.

Efficiency:
Non-planed wood ≈ 4-7 sq m / 1 l

Planed wood ≈ 12-15 sq.m. / 1 L.

Hardwood ≈ 36 sq.m. / 1 L.

The values given are indicative. It should be remembered that the results depend on the type of wood and the method of preparation. It is always recommended to carry out a test to calculate the exact performance.

Application: the oil stain can be easily applied with a brush, roller or spray. The best result is a thin layer. Do not use on surfaces heated by the sun and mix well before use. Two layers are recommended outside, one inside. Rub the stain into the wood surface and let it absorb. Remove excess with a clean, dry cloth or paper towel after 20-30 minutes, depending on the absorption of wood. It is recommended to use at a temperature range of + 10C0 - + 25C0. Lower temperatures, damp wood and high humidity increase the drying time. The drying time of the layer is 24 hours. Surfaces protected with PAINT ECO stain can be treated with any product from the PAINT ECO range.

Cleaning of tools: Tools can be cleaned with natural turpentine or warm soapy water.

WARNING! Linseed oil soaked materials are exposed to spontaneous combustion! Immediately after use, paper towels or rags must be burned or soaked in water and discarded. Packaging can be treated as household waste and recycled. The original, factory sealed packaging can be stored for 3 years from the date of manufacture. The unused product should be stored in a closed container
