We strive to protect the personal data and privacy of our clients.

By using our online store, you will be asked to provide your personal data to the extent necessary to perform the contract for the purchase of products and services offered by the Store and data for submitting the newsletter dispatch order. The store software will also store data about products placed in the basket and data on activity in the Store (e.g. date of last login).

Detailed rules and purposes for processing personal data collected while using the Store by the User are described below.

 

DEFINITIONS


Administrator - Cogitago Michał Kaczurba with headquarters in Pawły (Pawły 2), commune Pieniężno

Personal data - any information about an identified or identifiable natural person (whose identity can be determined directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or one or more specific factors determining his physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social characteristics )

Store - online store at www.agohome.pl

User - a person using the functionality of the Store

Data processing - an operation or set of operations performed on personal data in an automated or non-automated manner (e.g. collecting, organizing, modifying, sharing, deleting)

GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC.

 

I. USE OF THE AGOHOME.PL STORE
1. Personal data of people using the Store (including IP address, information collected through cookies, shipping data, billing data, etc.) are processed by the Administrator:

1.1 in order to provide services electronically in the scope made available to Users of content published in the Store and to place an order and its implementation - the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing to perform the contract (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR);

1.2 to handle complaints and returns - the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing to perform the contract (Article 6 paragraph 1 point b of the GDPR);

1.3 in order to possibly determine and assert claims or defend against them - the legal basis for processing is the justified interest of the Administrator (art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO) consisting in the protection of his rights (art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO)

1.4 for analytical and statistical purposes - the legal basis for processing is the Administrator's legitimate interest, i.e. conducting an analysis of how to use the functionality of the Store, allowing the evaluation and, if necessary, modification of the Store's operation (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR)

1.5 for marketing purposes (sending a newsletter) - the legal basis for processing is the justified interest of the Administrator, i.e. sending marketing information within the limits of consent given by the User (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR)

1.6 in order to fulfill statutory obligations, in particular those arising from tax and accounting regulations - the legal basis for processing is a legal obligation (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR);

2. We do not use Users' personal data for profiling, behavioral advertising, etc. applications.

 

II. DATA RECIPIENTS
1.The administrator transfers data to other entities only when it is necessary to achieve a given purpose of processing personal data and only to the extent necessary to achieve it. Users' personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:

1.1 entities supporting electronic payments or payment by card

1.2 email and hosting providers

1.3 courier companies that deliver the order to the User

1.4 accounting service providers

 

III. TRANSMISSION OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EEA
1. Personal data collected from Users, as a rule, are not transferred outside the EEA. Transfer of personal data outside the EEA may occur if it is necessary to process the order placed in the Store, in a situation where the implementation will require the participation of courier companies with headquarters outside the EEA or the implementation of electronic payments through companies with headquarters outside the EEA.

 

IV. DATA STORAGE PERIOD
1. As a rule, data is processed for the duration of the service or order, and after that period stored until the expiry of the limitation period or claims. Personal data recorded in the accounting documentation will be stored for the period specified in applicable law, including tax regulations.

 

V. USER'S RIGHTS
The User has the right to information about data processing, access to the content of his data, receive a copy of the data as well as the right to rectify, delete, limit processing,

the right to data portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of this consent).
An application regarding the implementation of the abovementioned rights, indicating what the request concerns, can be submitted:

The User has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body if he considers that the processing of his personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR or other provisions specifying the method of processing and protecting personal data.
